To find out what the payments accepted by Sportit.com are simply inserted a product in the cart and click on "Go to the cart": you will find all the accepted payment methods. However, we summarize them here too:

- cash on delivery: also called "mark", allows you to pay the amount of the order directly to the courier. Regardless of the value of the order, the choice of this payment method involves an additional contribution of 3 (three) euros. IMPORTANT: no checks are accepted, but only cash.

- credit card / debit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Sportit.com accepts all the main credit cards. Hundred percent safe payments thanks to the SSL protection protocol. Your data will be managed exclusively by the bank.

- Advance bank transfer: if you choose this payment method, once the order is completed, you will receive the bank details via e-mail to perform the transfer. Also check the Spam folder, if you had not received them. ATTENTION: banking times for the transfer (generally 3-4 working days) could slightly extend the delivery times, take it into consideration if you urgently receive a product! After 10 working days, Sportit.com reserves the right to cancel the order if it had not received the payment.

- Paypal / Postepay: Paypal is one of the most used payment systems ever. If you have a PayPal account you can pay your order directly from your PayPal account. For more information on this payment mode, see the PayPal website. By choosing this payment mode you can also pay the order with Postepay cards.

- Satispay: Satispay is the new payment system through smartphones. Comfortable and safe: download the Satispay app to find out more about this new payment method.
The minimum spending is 59.90 euros. Starting from this figure, you will not have to pay any supplement, unless you choose as "cash on delivery" payment methods: in this case the additional contribution will be 3 (three) euros, regardless of the total amount of the order. If you do not reach 59.90 euros, you will have to pay a shipping contribution of 5.99 euros.

There is no difference in speed in delivery between early payment and cash on delivery. If you paid with the Postepay card, yes. If, on the other hand, you want a postepay charging, this is not possible.
The refund takes place directly on the payment system used as soon as possible. If you have used a credit card, the reimbursement will be done directly on the card, and the same goes for Paypal. If, on the other hand, you have chosen the "cash on delivery" payment method, you will have to indicate the number of IBAN for the reinforced.

The total amount of the order will change automatically. If you have more coupons Aon, add a coupon first and click on "Apply", before inserting the second.
No. If you did an order by paying completely or in part with Aon coupon, which exceeds 39.90 euros, you don't have to pay the management costs. Since the Sportit.com system is set to automatically apply management costs to all orders under 59.90 euros, we are unable to automatically eliminate them. If you happen to be a case like this, we kindly ask you to conclude the order with the management costs inserted, and to contact the Sportitit customer service via email (service.clienti@sportit.com), via phone (find the number deeply Page) or via WhatsApp (349 49 12 924) which will refund the figure paid for the management costs in the event of advance payment, or to change the figure to be paid in case of choice of cash on delivery. ATTENTION: This rule does not apply if the order does not exceed 59.90 euros. For example, if you make an order of 25 euros and use a Aon coupon that resets the figure, the management costs in this case will not be eliminated because the starting order does not exceed the 59.90 euros.

Yes, but you need to contact Sportit.com customer service as soon as possible. We recommend that you do it by telephone. Attention, the admitted changes are: from bank transfer to cash on delivery and vice versa. It is not possible to switch from bank transfer to credit card or paypal.

Not immediately. Sportit.com, however, undertakes to perform as quickly as possible. To speed up the procedure, when you cancel an order performed by "Registered", communicate by email to service.clienti@sportit.com.
