As soon as you enter your order, the Sportit.com staff takes it on and start working it. When all the products you requested are in our warehouses, we warn the courier, which comes to withdraw and deliver them directly to your home. 

In filling in the order, make sure you have entered the address that you want the goods to be delivered to you. 

You can choose the "home delivery" mode to receive the product directly at home, or "click and collect": in this case the product will be sent to the delivery point ("Locker") by you chosen from those available. Here, through a code that you will receive via smartphone and by email, you can open the locker and collect your order.

Sportit.com ships throughout Italy on average in 3/4 working days on the peninsular territory (for the islands it takes one more day), through the main national couriers. The orders of products ordered in cross docking mode are exception, so the delivery times are 7/8 working days on the national territory. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location. Indicative delivery dates are still indicated in the "Cart" section, once the product (s) inside. 

Shipping costs are free for all orders that exceed the figure of 59.90 euros. Below the minimum amount of € 59.90, the management costs of € 5.99 will be charged. Only for deliveries with "cash on delivery" payment methods, an additional contribution of € 3 is required, regardless of the total amount of the order. For some places in the Italian territory that is difficult to reach from the couriers, a contribution of € 4.90 is provided : the additional contribution will however be automatically indicated in the "cart" before paying the order.
