The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and precisely: collection, registration, organization, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.

The data may be made accessible, for the purposes referred to in point 2 that precedes, to employees and collaborators of the Global Trading S.r.l. company, in their capacity of in charge and/or internal data processors and/or system administrators.

The owner does not intentionally collect personal information referring to minors. In the event that information on minors is involuntarily recorded, the owner will cancel them in a timely manner, at the request of users.

We point out that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, limitation of purposes and minimization of data, pursuant to art. 5 of the Regulation:

(a) your personal data will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship with the Global Trading S.r.l. company, and for 10 (ten) subsequent years for only tax purposes and to fulfill the further needs of law, e
