My short sporting story
I started from an early age to practice a little bit of everything, tennis, swimming, athletics, then for a little more diving adult, cycling, snowboarding and skiing from this salad of sport, which the lucky life allows me to practice in an area Verdissimi and peripheral of Milan, still continues to practice with commitment: alpine skiing, diving, cycling, and a little runing at amateur level
Aimè, however, I love challenges, be active and above all I have a huge hunger to know and try, and so I threw myself body and soul in a slightly more demanding way in half marathons, marathons and cycling.

Sport Tennis
My sports experiences start from here,
Since I was 6-7 years old I started playing tennis, having lucky enough to live in a sports center where I practically woke up in the morning and found myself on the tennis court, it was about 40 years ago other times other ways ...
Arrival in the adolescence to have good results, around 20 years of age I win several tournaments n.c. Until C3's ranking, I play the Serie C in Como for several years in the Muggio'Poi wandering circle a little for all the best circles of Brianza, until I get to have serious joint problems that do not allow me to be able to more 'Continue with the competitive activity, for a certain period I give a hand to several instructors, as a dribbler until I discover new sports worlds.
Considerations Tennis is perhaps the sport where I had my best competitive results, and which allowed me to enter the right way in the world of work.

Considerations: immerse yourself is serenity, balance, pleasure, curiosity and discovery. Today I love it as before or perhaps even more, in fact I have in recent years chosen to make only quality diving and not to join those I call "Bests floats for underwater tourists", a few people and magical places!
Cycling
Annual kilometers 8000/10000

Considerations: The bike is the partner who never abandons me! All year round I work for her, I train with dedication and patience every winter dreaming of the big mountains.
Sport is part of my life, it is a generator of well -being, it is willpower, it is a comparison and an opportunity to meet, it is the care at any tension, it is the immense pleasure of living in the open air, it is to appreciate life. Today the bicycle is for me 'the sporting world where I better express all my resources, you need very little 2 wheels and a frame but but however you must never forget one thing to train.
Sport ski & snowboard
I get skiing a bit of a little Ghost, at the age of 16/17 years, but I am very passionate about the type of sport, on a personal level I have always considered alpine skiing among the most beautiful practiced, as it gives you 'l 'The intoxication of the physical settling with the freedom of the mountain, you really manages on a physical level and you find yourself in unique stages such as the snowy mountains in unique situations, still still practicing it and I will not stop dividing me from the mountain.
This passion for winter sport has brought me back to the 35-year-old age to get back into play again and move from ski to the snow-board that you can guys, two totally different worlds even if very similar, you pave to my age a Don't be used to riding in the snow anymore to no longer take a barrel, instead they here are back here on Monday morning to not even be able to sit in the chair from the pains of the day spent on the Snow ... Now it is something else but the first 4/ 5 times that pain.
Here there are no considerations to do because as anticipated I consider it one of the most beautiful sports ..
Sport Running
I started to start running on the road recently, as an alternative to the bicycle outings, even if they are practically very different sports at motor level and sometimes incompatible, I would like not to abandon them, as it is cycling and road running the maximum physical level.
Especially with running, I don't have to exaggerate the problem in the joints sometimes returns and making Circe 60/80 km per week at my age is a little refurbished, I would like to go to this year 2014 to arrive doing the marathon of Rome and maybe some half marathon with good times to have stimuli to continue.
Considerations: Running is a sport that certainly consumes you on a physical level but it also gives you unthinkable satisfactions.
